RARO BUGGY TOUR
A fun adventure!

Off the beaten track! Motor through roads less traveled whilst experiencing the islands incredible beauty up close and personal as you maneuver with your buggy through hills and plantations. Go off road, get dirty and revel in an adventure you’ll never forget!

The Raro Buggy Tour is led by a local guide.

Drive your own buggy, visit local attractions and learn about the history and origins of Rarotonga.

The tour also offers many great photo opportunities at each of the stops so don’t forget to take your camera or go pro. Those looking to take on the challenge, we recommend to take a towel and a spare change of clothes as it can get quite dirty and muddy especially on rainy days.
 

Raro Buggy Tours operates From Monday to Saturday departing at 8.30am, 11.30am or 2.30pm

and it's 1.5 - 2hrs long

INCLUSIONS:
 

  • Both the morning and afternoon tours include a delicious hearty lunch and a complimentary drink at the Food Box, the afternoon tour also includes an additional driving circuit before the end of the tour.
     

  • Please note that return transfers are excluded. It can be arranged if available. Please advise at the time of booking if you require this service. Otherwise please meet you Tour Guide at FoodBox Restaurant located next to Wigmore's Superstore, 30 mins prior departure.

GENERAL INFO

​

  • Rarotonga's adventure tour departs three times daily. Each self-drive buggy can take two persons, children included six years and over.

​

  • Tour Departs at: 8.30am,11.30am or 2.30pm on weekdays and on Saturday at 8.30am and 11.30am only.

​

  • What to bring: Current Full Drivers License, Towel, Insect Repellent, Sunscreen, Bottled Water, Camera, and a Good Pair of Walking Shoes, spare change of clothes

​

  • Drivers must be 18 years or over and must present a current local or full overseas drivers License. Learners license is NOT accepted. Please note that all drivers must sign a Disclaimer at the beginning of the Tour.

 

  • Child Policy: Minimum age is 4 Years Old.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancelled up to 7 Days Prior to Tour Departure - No Charge > Full Refund

  • Cancelled up to 6 Days Prior to Tour Departure - 50% Charged

  • Cancelled or Modified within 23.59 Hours or No Show - 100% Charged

  • Cancellations by Coconut Tours due to Weather - Option to Re- book or Full Refund
